Holiday Lighting for Your Community,
Handled for the Board.
For HOA boards, decorating committees, and property managers across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Your neighborhood's entrance is the first thing residents see when they come home and the first impression guests get of the community. During the holidays, a well-lit entrance sets the tone for every street behind it. We design, install, maintain, and take down holiday lighting for HOA entrances, monument signs, medians, amenity centers, pool houses, clubhouses, and common areas across DFW.
Boards get one point of contact from the first walk-through to January takedown. We map out what can be lit at each location, plan around available power, and give you a quote broken down by area so it's easy to approve, phase, or trim to fit the budget. Every installation is fully insured, so ladder work on tall entrance features never falls on your volunteers.
If something goes out mid-season, in-season maintenance and repairs are included for materials we provide, so residents never drive past a half-lit entrance in December. When the season ends, we take everything down. You can see an HOA pool house we wrapped in warm white in our project gallery, and our HOA lighting planning guide covers timelines and budgeting for boards.
Most communities book in September and October so the board has time to review a quote. Request a free estimate with your community's name and the areas you'd like lit, and we'll usually get back to you the same day.
Managing a commercial property too? See our commercial Christmas lighting, or share our residential installation page with homeowners who want their house to match the entrance.

What our clients say.
Don't take our word for it. Here's what homeowners and businesses across DFW have to say about our Christmas light installation.
"The gentlemen and owners of A&M Christmas Lights are hard working individuals who care about customer satisfaction. I would hire them over and over again! It was a job well done, they were great communicators who showed up when they said and kept me informed every step of the way."
"💯 recommend Avery and Mac for installation of lights, they prepared mock photos prior to our agreement and have great options for you to choose from. During their appointment they were swift with their work, organized and with great attention to detail. You wouldn't even know they were here unless you saw them....Glad I decided to go with the three year contract, better rate and I don't have to worry about it until then again! 🙋🏻♀️🫶🏼🤩"
"Loved my Christmas lights. They did a great job. I'm a neat freak and like things to look perfect and they achieved my expectations. We will definitely use them going forward for our Christmas lights. Give them a try!"

HOA Christmas Lighting Questions
What areas of a neighborhood do you light for HOAs?
Main entrances and monument signs, gates, medians, entry trees, amenity centers, clubhouses, pool houses, parks, and other common areas. We walk the property with you and plan around available power at each location.
Do you work directly with HOA boards and property managers?
Yes. Boards and property managers get one point of contact from design through takedown, and we can break the quote down by area so it's easy to approve or phase.
When should our HOA book holiday lighting?
Ideally in September or October, so the board has time to review and approve a quote before peak install dates fill in November. See our HOA planning guide for a full timeline.
Is A&M Christmas Lights insured for HOA work?
Yes. Every installation is fully insured, so ladder work on tall entrance features doesn't fall on your volunteers or the association.
What happens if lights go out during the season?
In-season maintenance and repairs are included for materials provided by A&M Christmas Lights. Let us know and we'll fix it.
Do you take everything down after the holidays?
Yes. Takedown after the season is included, so displays don't linger into spring.
